LISA Learning for Inside Sales E-Learning Platform: Terms of use
The LISA e-learning platform was developed in the framework of the Erasmus+ Project LISA (2023-1-IT02-KA220-HED-0016115), funded by the European Commission. The platform provides learning material for personal use exclusively. If you have questions regarding this agreement, please contact:

By using the LISA platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions
(1) Use of information and materials / Copyright
Unless otherwise indicated, the learning materials produced within the LISA project are protected by copyright and made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). This means you are free to share and adapt the materials, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the authors, the LISA project and the Erasmus+ Programme.
(2) Use of personal data, Registration and password
By using the LISA platform subject to the terms of this agreement, you are making the following undertaking:
- That the information you stated within LISA platform for registration purposes are complete, correct and up-to-date.
- That you will not disclose your user ID and password to anyone.
If you have knowingly supplied false user information or if you deliberately do not update your user details if a change occurs, or if you in any way infringe the terms of this agreement the LISA project consortium shall be entitled to withdraw your user right provisionally or permanently.
You are responsible for all use of LISA platform that takes place by means of your user ID and password. You must ensure that your user ID and password are protected from unauthorised use. If you become aware of or suspect wrongful use of your access data, you must inform the LISA project consortium without delay.
The personal data you provide for your account registration can be accessed by platform administrators. Personal data and learning progress can be accessed by all course/training program professors/tutors.
(3) Notifications
The LISA project consortium can use eMail within the platform or by sending you information via other channels to your provided mailing address.
You can reach the LISA project consortium as described in Paragraph 1.
(4) Warranty and product liability (Disclaimer)
The LISA project consortium may alter or discontinue parts or certain functions of the product at any time. The LISA project consortium can accordingly limit the use of and access to the platform and the period and scope of use at any time. However, the LISA project consortium will endeavour to keep downtimes to a minimum and to ensure that all the functions are available at any time.
The use of the platform is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the LISA project consortium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the platform.
(5) Termination of LISA platform user right
- You can terminate your right to use the LISA platform at any time without stating the reasons, simply by notifying the LISA project consortium of your decision. Your account will be deactivated and your personal data will be deleted or anonymised, except where retention is required by law or is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
- The LISA project consortium can suspend access to the platform in part or completely or terminate your user authorisation if the provided materials are used (by you or anyone else having access to the platform via your user ID and password) in a manner deemed by the LISA project consortium to be a breach of this agreement or that otherwise causes the LISA project consortium to suffer a loss.
(6) Transfer of data
- To ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the LISA platform, users acknowledge and agree that their Personal data may be shared with carefully selected third-party service providers acting as data processors, solely for technical, administrative and operational support of the platform, under written data processing agreements and in compliance with the GDPR.
- Under no circumstances will such data be used for marketing, advertising, or any other commercial purposes.
(7) About this Agreement
The LISA project consortium reserves the right to modify these terms of use or make amendments at any time. You will be appropriately notified about any changes.
